SALES
West Broad Hyundai is currently looking for two self-motivated and energetic individuals to complement our Showroom and Internet Sales Departments. These individuals will be tasked with working with our customers to determine their vehicle needs, to guide them to the vehicle that best fits those needs, and to provide them with the very best buying experience.
Applicants must have:
- Strong communication skills - Sales Professionals must be able to easily interact with all personality types and with persons of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
- Solid networking skills - Sales Professionals rely heavily on referrals and previous customers and are expected to develop and maintain professional relationships from which further sales can be made.
- Computer skills - Sales Professionals at West Broad Hyundai use a web-based Customer Relations Management tool to control and document follow up with Showroom and Online visitors.
- Phone skills - Sales Professionals handle incoming phone sales calls and are required to conduct phone follow-up calls to Showroom and Online visitors.
- A desire to be successful in sales - West Broad Hyundai will provide training on product knowledge and on the roadmap to the sale, but the best Sales Professionals know that success in sales comes from steady, consistent effort and we expect our Sales Professionals to put in that effort.
In addition, applicants must:
- Submit to drug testing
- Have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
- Submit to a criminal background check
