Hyundai has added features and restyled its Tucson compact crossover, which it hopes to make a larger player in a growing but highly competitive segment.
It is being officially unveiled at the New York Auto Show.
The biggest visible change is in the nose of the SUV, which has a new hexagonal grille, LED running lights and projector headlights. Also improving the looks — not to mention the comfort — are the Tucson's new dimensions: It's 30inches longer and about an inch wider. The change adds about 5 cubic feet of extra space in the interior.
