  • Hyundai plans to build fourth plant in China

    Hyundai Motor Co  plans to build its fourth plant in China for about 1 trillion won ($926.48 million) and start production in early 2016, a source said, in its first major overseas expansion in more than two years.

    The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) awarded an overall five-star crash test rating, the highest rating given by the organization, to the all-new 
    2014 Hyundai Veloster. Separated by test, the vehicle received four stars in front and rollover crash tests, and five stars in the side crash test. This is the first time the Veloster has been rated under NHTSA’s tougher tests and five-star rating system.
