100k Genesis Sold



Hyundai Motor has sold over 100,000 of its Genesis premium sedans in the U.S. since entering the market in 2008. The automaker said on Sunday that it sold 1,003 units there last month, bringing the total to 100,506 in six years.


The Genesis is Hyundai’s eighth model to achieve the feat following the Sonata (cumulative sales of 2.11 million units), Avante (2.1 million), Excel (1.14 million), Santa Fe (1.04 million), Accent (990,000), Tucson (374,000) and Tiburon (193,000).
